Do you live in Tendring and have tried to book a GP appointment in the last 12 months?
SUMMIT would love to hear from you.
Their independent survey is exploring how local residents access GP services, particularly since many surgeries introduced online booking systems. The survey is open until Tuesday 30th June.
More than 100 people from across Tendring have already taken part, telling SUMMIT what works well, what difficulties they have encountered, who may be struggling most with these changes, and what could be done to make access fairer and more inclusive for everyone.
Whether booking an appointment has been straightforward or difficult, your feedback can help SUMMIT better understand what local people are experiencing and what improvements may be needed. The survey takes just 2-3 minutes to complete and can be submitted anonymously.

You are also welcome to contact SUMMIT directly at info@summitservices.org.uk or by calling 01255 429778. SUMMIT can send you a printed copy of the survey with a stamped addressed envelope, provide an easy read version, or talk through the questions with you over the phone if that would be more helpful.
Your feedback will directly shape a report reflecting the experiences of local people and support the future development of SUMMIT services to better help people access healthcare in Tendring.
Together, we can help make GP services fairer, easier to access, and more inclusive for everyone in our community. Thank you!
