Are you ready to move up the ladder of Co-Production?

Co-production is a term that is used to describe working in partnership by sharing power between people who use and deliver services.

Find out how to embed co-production in all you do.

What is co-production?

“Co-production is when people come together as equals to make decisions or create services that work for them all.”

- Think Local Act Personal

Co-production is all about sharing power and moving from doing things 'for' or 'to' people, to doing things 'with' people.

At Tiptoe, we deliver co-production training that aligns with models used by the Social Care Institute for Excellence.
