Talking to the press can feel intimidating if you’ve never done it before, so now is the time to build your confidence! In this training, you’ll discover what makes a good story, how to talk to the media about your charity and what to do after your story goes live.

  • How to deal with difficult questions from journalists

  • Understand how journalists approach stories

  • How to feel more prepared for future press interviews

How is it delivered?

  • The training lasts for 2 hours

  • The training can be delivered virtually online or in person

  • The maximum attendees is 10, but we can be flexible if needed!

  • Afterwards, you will receive all training slides and templates

How much does it cost?

  • For an individual person, this training costs £99

  • For larger groups, please get in touch - we understand that charities don't always have big budgets and we can accommodate most requests!

PR Crisis Planning

What will you learn?

  • What a PR crisis is and how to undertake scenario planning

  • Identify your PR crisis response team and learn how to allocate roles and responsibilities

  • The processes and procedures needed to manage a PR crisis from start to finish

  • Build confidence in creating your own PR Crisis Plan, with tools and templates to do this

  • The training lasts between 4 hours and 1 day, depending on the size of your charity

  • The training is delivered in person and as you can have as many attendees as you would like

  • This training is tailored to your individual organisational needs

  • Afterwards, you will receive all training slides and templates

  • This training costs £800 in total
