  • Tailor your tone to different social media channels

  • If you can use an image or video, do!

  • Use hashtags appropriately

  • Don't forget to include a link if you want people to take an action, or make sure your bio is up-to-date on Instagram

  • Repeat yourself - put the most important info at the top and again at the bottom of the post

  • Don't make it too long

  • Make it about the reader

  • Stay focused - don't jump from topic to topic

  • Break up the content - lists are a great idea

  • Use emojis, but limit them

  • Don't be afraid to try AI, but remember to always edit and check it, so it reflects your own brand voice
